Clockworks Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) prioritizes children’s creative expression and safe interaction. Through the Bigture platform, the Company aims to prevent and respond to all forms of exploitation, violence, misuse of personal information, and exposure to harmful content.
1. Child Accessibility and Age Eligibility
Bigture is designed for children and adolescents aged 6 and above, and can only be used with parental or guardian consent and supervision.
Some features may be provided separately as management tools or exhibition functions for parents, guardians, or teachers.
2. Child Privacy Protection Policy
During service operation, the Company may collect and use the following information related to children. All data collection is based on the principle of minimal collection and parental consent.

Required Information: Nickname, Email
Optional Information: Year of Birth
② Purpose of Use
Display of artworks and provision of educational statistics
Service operation and improvement of user experience
Fulfillment of legal and regulatory requirements
③ Privacy Protection and Security Measures
Children’s personal information is securely stored in encrypted databases and is only accessible to authorized internal personnel.
The Company does not sell or share children's information with third parties, nor is it used for advertising purposes.
The service does not collect sensitive data such as real names, location, or contact details and does not request additional information without parental consent.
④ Requests for Access and Deletion
Parents or users can access, modify, or delete personal data via Settings > Privacy Management within the app.
Upon request for deletion, all related data and content are permanently destroyed and cannot be recovered.

3. Safe Service Environment
Bigture is committed to ensuring that creative activities occur in a healthy and safe digital space through the following protective measures:
① Inappropriate Content Monitoring and Filtering
All user submissions (images, titles, descriptions, comments, etc.) are monitored to prevent exposure to inappropriate content.
Content that includes sexual content, violence, hate speech, profanity, or obscene imagery will be immediately removed.
Through the user reporting system, anyone can report inappropriate content. If a post receives three or more reports, it is automatically deleted.
② Safe Communication Design
The platform does not provide direct messaging or comment functions between children. Only authorized experts can leave comments.
Parents and teachers can monitor and manage children's activities and exhibits via dedicated tools.
4. Measures for Policy Violations
Any content or actions that threaten child safety (e.g., profanity, bullying, sexual content) will be immediately removed without warning under a zero-tolerance policy. The user may be temporarily or permanently restricted from using the service.
Repeated violations, accumulation of reports, or activities with legal implications may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated based on changes in laws, regulations, or service operations.
For significant changes, advance notice will be provided via in-app notification or registered email.
